Any clues how I can make a claim for waiting 6 months for a fibre install at my business address. It was ordered in August 2025, and has been ongoing with Complaints team in India ever since. I have had around 5 failed appointments, and have been unable to work from my business premises for 6 months, so have paid rent for no reason. Lots of excuses from BT, but no action, except to send me bills every month for a service I do not have !
I should have added, I have no phone line, they will not install copper. We must be living in the 3rd world to wait this long. !
