This has been going on for months, however after spending a couple hours trying everything I can think of I usually give up. However lets have one last try
Log onto my BT business account page no problems - Hover over products and services and drop down appears, select option for cloud voice express
Web page goes to an address of h t t ps://vel-btb.business.bt.com/ however its completely blank. Web page tab says "Manage your Cloud Express"

Machine is Windows 11 Pro all updates loaded - Build 25H2
Give up and try Android (Samsung Galaxy S22 : One UI Version 8.0 : Android Ver 16)
Delete Cloud app on android phone and re install. Open app on Welcome to Cloud Voice Express page, (the you're good to go etc page) click on purple Log In button .. back to Welcome to Cloud Voice Express page, (the you're good to go etc) page. Now clicking on purple log in button to try again does pop up the 3 bouncing balls but they soon go and we are still on the Welcome to Cloud Voice Express page, (the you're good to go etc) page. Need to clear app cache and cookies to go through the logon pages again. BT app version is V2.224.0
Not spoke them, however after I wrote the above post here I found what I hope is their email address (on the google store feedback section in the app) which I hope is cve.support@bt.com and emailed them, however as of today no reply, but its early days. Will try the WhatsApp link as the page you linked to suppests

I'm not sure if that email is monitored so definitely I would recommend contacting in via one of those options to talk to someone.
