I had a digital line installed by BT Business a week ago, I was promised it would be a seamless transition. BT took out a perfectly working analog line and left me with a phone unable to receive incoming calls! My business is 100% reliant on appointments being made over the phone.
I’ve spent many hours everyday since calling every number I could find at BT to get this fixed immediately but have just been getting passed from pillar to post and false promises made and it’s been left to me to constantly chase them!
I am watching my business be destroyed before my eyes, appointments down 85% and staff worrying for their jobs
any advice?
Hi NjB71
I'm sorry this hasn't been sorted. Can you please send over a private message with some account details so I can look into this for you?
Hello!
I’m really sorry to hear about your situation. To resolve this quickly, escalate the issue by speaking to a manager at BT, document all interactions, and use BT’s online resources for troubleshooting and reporting faults. Posting on the BT Business Community forums might also attract attention from BT staff. Meanwhile, consider using a temporary VoIP service to handle incoming calls and look into your consumer rights for further assistance if needed.
I hope this helps!
