Hi, I signed up for business broadband with BT. Before installation, my previous provider told me I needed to call you to arrange the transfer of my business phone number. When I did, I was advised to wait until everything was installed, then call back to port the number.
After the installation, I contacted you again but have been passed between 8 different support staff, none of whom seem to know what's going on. The last person I spoke to promised a phone call the next day, but that was over a week ago, and I’ve heard nothing since.
Currently, my old provider is forwarding calls from my business line to my mobile, but that service is expiring soon, and I need this sorted as a matter of urgency.
I’m very disappointed with the level of service so far, and I need this issue resolved immediately. Can you please confirm when my business phone number will be transferred?
