Yesterday I discovered that our phone is as dead as a doornail. Obvious next step is to disconnect etc etc. But nothing. OK, I'll try faults, as most of you will know you now can't talk to a human, but it just gets worse (as if everything for the last 12 months with |BT hasn't been diabolical). The system says that our number is not recognised, even though they sent me the bill just a few days ago showing what we pay for phone connection.
Apparently there is absolutely nothing that I can do, nobody to speak with, no live chat .....
