We Recently sold our Business we had phone line and broad band with BT FOR 15 YEARS LOYAL CUSTOMERS The new owners said they wanted to take over both phone line and broad band on day of sale we phoned BT My husband spoke first to tell the operator that the new owner wanted to take the contracts over The operator said can i speak to new owners please, not at any time did he say they couldn't take over the accounts or they were cancellation fees I was standing next to the new owner and she said that they wanted exactly the same as we had set up for the Business what I don't understand they have kept the original phone number if they not taken over account how have they kept the same telephone number i paid the bill because they said I would acer charges now they want acknowledge my complaint or answer my emails
