Sorry, if this has been answered, I am lazy to check 'cause I am kinda raging... I just got BT internet, 3 weeks ago, didn't work the whole time - an engineer came out and "fixed it". It lasted less than 24 hours and back to an orange light. Does anyone have 24 hour BT contact number? As it's impossible to find it online - think hteir customer service is the same as RBS. I work through the night, because it suits me, and I need the internet.

You can't get 7-day support, let alone 24-hour support! But one on the intrepid mods will sort you out although maybe not until Monday. Always post during the working week when possible. Can you try tethering from a mobile phone to tide you over?

If this is relating to a BT Business broadband, we do indeed have a 24/7 line for reporting faults on 0800 800 154. If it's for a residential account, the number is 0330 1234 150.
