Not sure if I am posting on the correct board, but I have a problem with the Cloud phones supplied as part of the upgrade to the Cloud system. The phones are muffled and it is very difficult to hear the caller. I tried to report this as a fault, but there is no fault reporting service this morning? If I have incorrectly posted to this board, could you please advise which is the correct board.

Just to check is it BT Cloud Phone, Cloud Voice or Cloud Voice Express phone system you have? It does sound like a fault will need to be raised and we will need to contact the correct team.
