We have just now moved from BT Cloud Phone to BT Cloud Voice.  We are paying £6 a month more for the same service.  Our BT transfer manager says this is wrong that we should be paying less ?  Ha anyone made the same move and are you paying more or less ?

Our charges monthly are :

Cloud connect users 2 @ £24.84

Number porting £0.20p

500min call package £15.20

Total monthly cost £40.24

Is your BT transfer manager checking into what pricing was agreed on the contract?

The transfer manager said that we were being over charged and she was going to open a sales comlaint, however this complaint was closed with no contact from anyone at BT.  So my question is are we being over charged  compare to others that have the same system ?  A formal complaint to OFCOMM may be our only route.
