Cannot log on the cloud portal!

Hi 

Logging onto the Cloud portal is becoming very problematic and frustrating. 

I either get 'bad request' or 'this page isn't loading' errors. 

 

I've tried opening the portal on different windows, different web browsers, incognito, cleared caches.


I've been trying to log on for over an hour trying different things. I cannot run a business when I cannot do the simplest task of logging onto the portal.
