I can make calls from the first Yealink W56H DECT IP Phone regsitered but when I try to make the same call from the second and third registered phones I get a TimeOut error.
The second problem I have is when I try to access the Phonebook I get the Connect Error! message.

I am a new BT customor and have the same problem as you, i.e. when I try to access the phone directory, I get "Connect Error".
I see you have been waiting over a year for a response without any luck!
I have tried to contact BT support all day..It is easier to get an appointment to see the Pope !
This does not bode well at all
