Nearly a year after first contacting BT to complain about numerous issues we had eventually arranged to meet a representative from BT face-to-face. The meeting was at 11.00am this morning. Both company directors had travelled for several hours to attend this meeting along with various other staff. At 9.26am this morning my PA received the following email:
Good morning,
I need to work from home today to wait for my new BT laptop to be delivered.
Only juts received the confirmation this morning.
can we move our meeting to next Wednesday 28th at 1.30pm.
Please confirm this is Ok and the location you would like to meet.
Apologies again.
Thanks and look forward to meeting you next week.
Surely this isn't acceptable. Who do we complain to?
