BT’s voicemail setup depends on which phone service you’re using, as there are a few different systems. The most common ones are:
1. Cloud Voice Express (CVE)
Voicemail is managed through the Cloud Voice Express portal under Features → Voicemail.
2. Cloud Voice (full system)
Voicemail is controlled through the Cloud Voice Manager portal in the user’s Call Routing → Voicemail settings.
