We have a number we now must call to our fire company to get our fire system put into test mode so the weekly fire checks can be done but staff are unable to call this number on the new phones as it comes up as restricted number.
How can I add a phone number to the BT Cloud portal to be "unrestricted"?

I have resolved the issue by calling BT Cloud Support.
In the portal:
Billing
Calling Rates
Domestic
Search for number
Select Enabled

Do you know what type of Cloud service you are using? It should show on your bill - we have Cloud Phone, Cloud Voice and Cloud Voice Express and they use different portals.
