Signed for business BT Cloudvoice in Nov 2023.... still not up and running and we are now being charged for it alongside our old Cloudphone package.
We have been passed round in circles for nearly 8 months and despair at ever getting this resolved.
Is there any way to email a customer service department.
Absolutely fed up of the 'chat' option and telephoning dedicated number with no progress.
BT have the worst customer service of any provider we have ever dealt with.
