Can not access website from Cyprus for security reasons ????

I needed to access my site to do amenments from Cyprus on Business matters, as bt has said for my own 

security ??? you have to email or phone  Now back in the UK I have a question how can get over this issue as I do spend a lot of time in Cyprus.

Hi Pete,

When you are outdside of the UK, you can still edit your website by going to  https://hosting.hostingbt.com/OS4/index.php once you go here you will need to login with your FTP username and password.

Its should work from within the UK too, try going to https://hosting.hostingbt.com/OS4 .  You should get a login screen
