I have paper free billing setup but keep getting paper bills !!

As the tile says I have paperfree billing but keep getting paper bills......   How can I do my little bit for the enviroment when the syste overrides it?

Hi Pete,

I would advised contacting our billing team, if go to contact options you will see how to contact them to stop paper billing.
