Anyone know how I can get an actual human being to visit my offices to discuss my very confusing BT accounts? I feel we are overpaying and need to get an understanding of our package (set up by someone no longer here). I just want someone to come in, sit with me and go through it all but cannot find how to do it!

Hi debmarel,
You can set up a meeting with BT Local Business if you have an account manager.
If you do not have an account manager you would need to speak to the Billing team, who would be able to assist you with this.
