Unable to send to bt connect email addresses

I have been unable to send to the addresses below.

 

We don't do any large emailings, just regular emails, with perhaps a maximum of 10 recipients.

Hi createmedia,

 

If you are getting a bounce back message from mx.bt.lon5.cpcloud.co.uk, this is the BT Home/residential spam filter.  To get this resolved you need to speak to the Home/residential team to get their spam filter updated to allow your mail to go through.
