deleting multiple messages

Hi There,

Can anybody tell me how to highlight multiple emails from the inbox to delete?i have tried thr tick box at the top of the column but no joy,its driving me mad that i have to individually delete messages!! Thanks Guys.

Hi,

If you use Internet Explorer to access webmail then you can use Crtl and Shift left click to select multiple emails, in the same way you would files in other areas of Windows (assuming you aren't using a Mac).

Note that it only works in IE at present though.

No problems.

It's not related to plugins.  Websites have to have code added for other browsers to work, because while they all view HTML they all do it slightly differently.

Unfortunately supporting other browsers also adds a lot more complication to a site, which is why many websites only work properly in IE.
