Hi,
In April I was out of contract and phoned up to close my BT account (Phone, internet & fixed IP).
I was told this was fine, I would need to pay one more month and I could finish with BT. I signed a termination contract with BT on 28th April of this year.
Since then I have received a bill every month. Every month I have had to spend hours on the phone getting the bills refunded.
For some reason the cancellation orders to end service keep failing.
How do I sort this out?
