I have had a discussion on here before, and was told I would be contacted regarding BTOP still billing us for a service we no longer have with them. I have had various calls from BT & BTOP, to cancel our contract using a ETC waiver from BT Local business. I have bills that I haven't paid for since February, and still BTOP are billing us. I was told last week our contract will be terminated, and back dated as per the ETC Waiver, but today I have had another phone call, and been asked to send another email to cancel the contract.
I cant believe BT & BTOP & BT Local Business cant talk to each other, and I, the end user has to fight the battle to terminate a contract which I have been told is terminated, but I still receive bills for!
I was told a month ago , after my chat on this portal that I would be contacted, but I haven't been, and I am still being billed for a service we no longer have with BTOP.
