This bill will be late if I don't pay it today but BT's systems are down, posting here to make sure I have evidence for waiving of the late fees if this isn't resolved on the BT side by end of today. Solidarity with everyone else who's also still trapped in business contracts with BT, it's the worst! Don't do it!
