Dashboard Anomaly

My dashboard at https://business.bt.com/my-account/portal/dashboard  says 'You have no billing accounts' but when I try to add what I know is my billing account at https://secure.business.bt.com/Account/AddBillingAccounts.aspx  I get "Looks like you’ve already added this account number to your online account. Please check you have the right number and try again. The billing account is under the group [Business Name] Ltd .  That may well be true as the business name is correct, but I am a Super Admin in that group so anyone know why how I to make it appear on the dashboard? (BT Support don't seem to)

It sounds like your billing account may already be linked but isn't displaying properly on the dashboard. As a Super Admin, try clearing your browser cache and re-logging into the portal to refresh the display.

Hi, thanks for the reply but I have tried that and no change.  It seems to hinge on this 'Group' idea with the system not seeing that I am a user in that group when I log in.
