Got a shock for the out of contract price increase, want to change to a different plan, but only way that I can find offered is if I can call.
Is there an email to contact support for billing? - I struggle to type fast and need to edit messages a lot due to shakes and pressing the wrong keys, making "live chat" hard to use.

If you are unable to call in or use the livechat, I would suggest you see if there is a BT Local Business that covers your area as they will often have a contact email address and can assist with re-signs. You can put your post code in this checker here to find out,

Hi again. I managed to get my broadband disconnected and asked for the phone to be done at the same time, for some reason it wasn't, that is sorted now. The problem is I returned all the equipment at the same time, including the phone and base unit, however BT are asking for me to return it, even though it's been returned and a receipt of reception for the delivery has been sent by BT. The equipment department only offer live chat as well; anyone know where I can get an email address?
I have tried my Local Business support on Monday but have not heard back.
