We use btonephone for our small hotel business. Only use 2 of the sims in the package and ONLY us them as phones. Use around the building and take one home with me. Have no apps on the phones that use data and have had zero data usage billed since started with them couple of years ago.
Now they claim I used a bill for £4,407:58 plus vat for data usage over 4 days in November! Checked data use meter on the phone which registers zero. Desperately trying to get sorted and stop them taking the money. No one gets back to us. Billing say its a One phone issue. One phone say its another department. Has anyone had a similar issue? Has a sim been cloned or is it a data department **bleep**-up? Issued a complaint, next step Ombudsman.
