I use BT business line and the line service became completely unusable after the switch to cloud service. I have been trying to contact customer support for a while and they have been nothing but useless, I have been in contact for a month now and the issue is still not resolved. Their customer service procedure is to put you on hold for 45 minutes ask you some questions pretend to try to resolve the issue and then transfer you to another colleague repeating the cycle until you get fed up or they hang up on you. This is the most atrocious customer service i have ever seen.
Will BT be liable and compensate me for my loss of business because of their incompetence?
