We were sold an upgrade to our existing business Broadband packege, this included Stanard Fibre 76 pro for £77.19 per month with install of £100. I said at the time we did not have Fibre at the premisis and was told that did not matter as the new Hub would be better and quicker. The engineer called to install and immediately informed us the hub would not work and ther had been problems with it. He managed to connect it but it dropped off that evening and our alarms went off through the night. I complained again and was told it would be sorted. Another new Hub was sent and a "specialist" engineer. He walked into the property and immediately told us the Hub etc. would not work as it was designed for Fibre. We re connected the old hub and this works perfectly! I complained again. Still waiting after 3 subsequent calls for a case manager to call me back!
All I want is the package canelled any revert to the previous arrangement that worked without fail.
Is there anyone who can help without calling India again!
