Three of my BB accounts have recently switched from Plusnet to BT and now find their Printer's Scan to Email function no longer works. I did try using another Plusnet account that is still active, but it still fails, I'm guessing that PN can tell it's not coming from a PN router ?
Is there a BT SMTP server that I can use on the printers to allow Scan to Email and if so what are the settings please.

Do you pay BT for your emails? We can only assist with email queries for accounts through BT directly (i.e you pay for a Microsoft license through us)
AFAIK we do not have BT email, I just migrated our PN accounts to BT, no one said anything about email ?

I don't see how changing your internet provider/router would impact anything to do with your emails or printer. I would contact the support for this service and ask them for help as I am not aware of how it works and can't assist further, apologises
