btconnect.com email not accessible - Customers getting bounce backs

Hi
I have noticed that our btconnect.com email account no longer works!
We cannot login on the web and if you email it, we get a 365 bounce back saying that the address is not found at btconnect.com
Basically , 365 is reporting the address no longer exists !
Can anyone help ?

I never cancelled the service it was associated with, as I didn't have a business service beforehand.
All I had was an empty business account and added BTNet leased line to it.
I was never told, at any point, that any part of my account would be ceased.
As well as that, I have stayed with BT and they provide my BTConnect email address that I use to sign in to my business account.
So what happens when the email stops working altogether? How do they then contact me?

Can you please send over a private message so we can discuss further? Typically BTconnects were provided as part of a service so I would like some more info on this so I can query further for you
