Well that screen states that 'btconnect' email addresses are not valid! Fujitsu involved perhaps.

What website are you trying to log into? The email address domains it suggests there are all residential so it looks like you're trying to log into a residential website using your business details?

That did cross my mind! Thanks for pointing that out. I should have the login screen book marked!! However as usual I can't find that entry. As usual any advice is welcome.

PS I managed to login to an 'outlook' email address after being denied access for a number of years, but now I have to wait another month apparently?
Suspicions confirmed! Login to BT yes, but try to login to the 'email' screen, the screen switches to 'Microsoft' and another road block! And when Microsoft puts a block on that is that.

Just to make sure I understand correctly, you're trying to log into your btconnect email address to view the emails in your mailbox?
From the BT 'account' page I clicked email and the link defaults to Microsoft!! If there is another way then let me know, as I cannot use the 'btconnect' email address at the moment in time.
