Cloud Voice Express problems

I can make calls from the first Yealink W56H DECT IP Phone regsitered but when I try to make the same call from the second and third registered phones I get a TimeOut error.

 

The second problem I have is when I try to access the Phonebook I get the Connect Error! message.
