What a joke! A company as large as BT launch products that do not work or have so many faults.
They have us over a barrel. We sign contracts,so there money is guaranteed. Trying to get through to them is a joke as well.
Live chat is crap! Customer service numbers crap!
I run my own business and with no phone it's costing me a fortune. We should do group action against BT!
