Faulty Yealink Handset

Has anyone out there had any problems with their Yealink W70 handset?  We have two and both have had to be returned because they 'lock' on the speed dial screen and you cannot press any buttons.  Now it has happened for a third time.  I cannot believe we are unlucky in having to have replacement handsets.  Has anyone else encountered this problem?

All sorted by a very helpful engineer.  The frailty of these handsets mean that sometimes the buttons get stuck. A bit of wiggling cured the problem. Now why didn't the previous two engineers know this. It would have saved them time and sending two new phones!
