Recover range of numbers

Hello, we are a business trying to extend our existing DDI range.  The numbers we are seeking were used by a business on ISDN with BT business that were ceased several years ago, I’ve been told these go to quarantine/back to the provider of the range (BT).
Is there some way to get these numbers as they are not in use and haven’t been for some time.
thanks

Hi ballyboley

The best people to tell you where a number is available is our Sales team. Have you spoken to them?

To reclaim DDI numbers that have been ceased and are now in quarantine with BT, you can follow these steps:

Contact BT Sales Team:
The best approach is to reach out to the BT Sales team. They can check the availability of the numbers and guide you through the process of reclaiming them.
BT Business Community:
You can also post your query on the BT Business Community. Other users and BT representatives might provide additional insights and assistance.
BT Customer Support:
If the numbers were previously assigned to your business, BT Customer Support can help you reclaim them. You can contact them directly through their support channels.
Check Quarantine Period:
Ensure that the quarantine period for the numbers has expired. Numbers are typically held in quarantine to prevent misdirected calls. Once this period is over, they can be reassigned.

Hi, the Business sales team have been absolutely useless.  After chasing they told me the numbers are  ‘spare unavailable’ whatever that means, they were ceased as old ISDN30 DDI's many years ago.  I would like to port them out and use with a new provider but there doesn't appear to be a simple process to do this nor get them active on SIP with BT either.  Is there anyone specialist in this department that can look at old numbers and what happens them to see if there's even part of the range could be released? Thanks
