- If I buy an analogue telephone adapter to keep on using my DECT cordless phone, will I need to pay for a VOIP number?
- Will my internet work in a blackout if I power the router by battery, as I do currently?
- Alternatively, which VOIP, cordless phones will work with fibre broadband?

Hi Kelper,
Adam here, I hope you are well.
- Your number will need to be ported onto one of our digital voice services regardless of your hardware set up. If it is a single call at a time you handle then cloud voice express is the best option.
- If you have your own battery back up then nothing should change
- We have a range of VOIP handsets depending on what type of voice services set up you want, I can link you in with a sales colleague to discuss which suits your needs best etc etc
Thank you
Adam

Thanks Adam. I have chosen to switch to a digital line and use Cloud Voice Express for voice calls. If I miss my physical phones too much I suppose I could buy a VOIP handset.
I will get the same speeds but will save £12 a month.
If I need one I'll come back to you here.
