For the last 3 months an unknown number is listed on my itemised call list (32 this month). I have spoken to Billing on two occasions and they are now saying it is not a billing issue and I need to speak to 'technical' However calling the fault line refers you to the fault reporting website with no option to speak to an engineer, and there are no options among those presented that allow you to describe the fault!
So, how does one report a 'fault' like this? I have not been charged for these phantom calls as free calls are part of my contract, but I would like an explanation. The number comprises 8 digits and when called simply cuts off.
