Yep, that's 1.5 months without service. We have 4 numbers, all down. Every week they change the 'Estimated' fix time to the following week. How are we supposed to run a business like this?
I can't believe in this day an age that BT can't offer their customers temporary alternative fixes (3g/4g etc). We were about to order a 1G Fibre link...with BT...not anymore.
What does it take to get action?
