I was suggested to have a digital line.The engineer came yesterday to install it. However the digital line is still not working. I have tried to phone order team and technical team. They both said they got no problem then kick me to each other.Some staff said I should wait even if they don't know what the problem caused. I am running a business I need the phone line to take phone call.but it looks nobody could help me.

They are switching off analogue by 2025, not ripping out the copper by then. To use your analogue phone you'll need to use an ISP supported router like the SH2. I will be porting my number to a VoIP provider like Sipgate and continuing to use my own router.
