Cloud Voice directing incoming phone calls to an ATA

Hi,

 

Can someone help.   I have a cloud voice system with a DECT Handset and an ATA  for our alarm system.
How can I direct an incoming phone number from the alarm company to the ATA rather than the handset?

Thankfully the alarm system had a 3G card, but now I have a 2nd site where this might  become the case.
