No contact from a complaint

Not sure where to place this but I raised a complaint with BT in February along with a request for a credit.

We are now nearly in May and still no-one will come back to me?

I am hoping that someone will be able to pass this to someone to take ownership of the complaint.

Eight months on from an initial complaint with BT and no resolution, still receiving threatening collection letters for services that no longer exist and virtually no communication, surely this is illegal?

I chased the complaints team following your post and they have advised they have now made contact with yourself.

They have, we now have a new guy taking over the complaint, he is looking to come back to us on Monday, fingers crossed

Ahhh, too hopeful - the saga continues now at 13.10.25 from a complaint from February 25. Nothing yet from the new guy (or any of the old ones for that matter). Still receiving new bills form services cancelled in February. Wondering how a company can exist like this?
